A maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance technicians perform a wide range of tasks to maintain the functionality and safety of facilities and equipment. Core duties include:Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards Repairing and troubleshooting equipment across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural systems Performing preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Testing electrical systems and circuits using diagnostic tools to ensure proper operation Executing minor carpentry, welding, or fabrication tasks as needed for facility upkeep Maintaining records and logs of maintenance work, repairs, and inventory M-F 6am - 6pm
