What You'll Do
  • Perform daily, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks to keep facility operations running safely and efficiently.
  • Complete building and exterior repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other facility components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues while supporting equipment reliability and production uptime.
  • Partner with maintenance and production teams to identify process improvements, optimize equipment performance, and support production goals.
  • Assist with developing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, production output, and manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to complete maintenance projects and operational improvements.

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using power tools such as drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities; bilingual English and Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.

  • A full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with some Saturdays as needed.

  • Exposure to a variety of maintenance, facility, equipment, and process improvement projects.
