Maintenance Technician

• 2nd Shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM): $35/hr
• 3rd Shift (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM): $36/hr

Overview:

Seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and packaging equipment while driving reliability, uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnose issues with motors, pumps, PLCs, HMIs, conveyors, palletizers, and packaging equipment
• Support equipment changeovers, setups, and production troubleshooting
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams to identify and resolve issues
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
• Assist with equipment rebuilds, fabrication, and light welding as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, automation, motors, pumps, sensors, and 480V/3-phase systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• CMMS experience preferred
• Food manufacturing experience and GMP/HACCP knowledge are highly preferred
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of American Canyon, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
