Maintenance Technician

NOW HIRING: Full-Time Maintenance Technician! 

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team!

 Salary: $40,000 per year

 Office Location: Angier, NC
 Service Area: Properties located throughout Angier, Fuquay-Varina, Lillington, and Apex.

 Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends, except for occasional property emergencies

Responsibilities Include:
 General home maintenance and repairs
 Flooring repair and installation
 Interior painting and touch-ups
 Drywall repair
 Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
 General handyman tasks
 Responding to maintenance requests and emergency calls when needed

Qualifications:
• Experience with residential maintenance and repairs
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues both independently and as directed by management
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check
