Perform plant and facility equipment repairs, upgrades, and general and preventive maintenance for manufacturer.
 
Beverage Bottling & Packaging Equipment:
 
• Bottle Handling
    -- Conveyors
    -- Accumulators, Sorters, Orienters & Unscramblers
 
• Continuous Motion Inline & Rotary Bottle Fillers & Cappers
    -- Rinsers & Rinse Valves
    -- Liquid Fillers & Fill Heads
    -- Cappers & Cap Head Assemblies
 
• Carbonators
 
• Water Filtration Systems
 
• Labeling Equipment
    -- Laser Printers
    -- Ink Jet Printers
    -- Sleeve Labelers
    -- Shrink Wrappers
 
• Boxers & Palletizers
  
• Evaluate equipment and recommend improvements, preventative maintenance actions, and necessary spare parts to be maintained on site.
 
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance on all equipment.
 
• Diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical breakdowns in plant machinery and equipment.
 
• Find root cause of process of failures and report to operations.
 
• Fabricate parts for repairs and minor machine modifications.
 
• Document maintenance actions through initiation of work orders.
 
• Maintain an accurate accountability of assigned tools and shop assets through daily inventory control.
 
• Research and order parts through inventory management system.
 
• Rebuild capital spares and return to stock.
 
• Support engineering projects for new equipment evaluations, installations, startups, new products and test evaluations.
