Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and helping residents? We are looking for a dependable and motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at a Class A luxury apartment community.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general apartment maintenance. HVAC certification is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders.
Diagnose and repair issues involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and general apartment maintenance.
Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and apartment units.
Perform apartment inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
Complete apartment repairs and prepare units for move-in as needed.
Troubleshoot equipment and determine when additional assistance or outside vendors are required.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Communicate professionally with residents, property management, vendors, and contractors.
Document completed work orders and communicate repair status as needed.
Identify hazardous conditions and take immediate action to correct or report them.
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations when required.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, positive attitude with residents
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
