Apartment Maintenance Technician
Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Apartments at North Park in Allison Park, PA. Being a Service Technician isn’t just about fixing things; it’s about keeping our communities running smoothly and creating a place residents are proud to call home. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and finds satisfaction in seeing the results of their work every day.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for maintaining apartments and community spaces—handling repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and helping ensure everything looks and functions at its best. Pay & Benefits
- $23–$26/hour, plus:

Schedule: Tuesday -Saturday
Minimum Experience:Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus!
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
