Overview - 3 total Maintenance roles on 1st / 3rd shift located in Appleton / Little Chute / Bear Creek
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
Keep maintenance areas organized and clean.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
