ABM is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative services while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting ABM Industries' standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred
1-3+ years of facilities maintenance experience
Working knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including:
Plumbing repairs
Electrical troubleshooting (basic)
HVAC maintenance (EPA certification a plus)
Carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and respond to work orders in a timely manner
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with safety procedures, tools, and equipment used in maintenance operations
Excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with tenants and property staff
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
$27 - $27 an hour
