Job Details

Core Responsibilities:

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment in a precision metals manufacturing environment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve equipment failures with minimal downtime
Conduct inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records in compliance with safety and quality standards
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule planned maintenance activities without disrupting manufacturing output
Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new or upgraded equipment
Adhere to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and environmental compliance requirements

Qualifications:

2 or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in metals, precision components, or a related industrial environment
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
Familiarity with PLC controls, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic components is a strong plus
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals
Experience with welding, fabrication, or machining is advantageous
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Availability to work varying shifts as needed to support a continuous manufacturing operation
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training, an associate degree, or relevant certifications (e.g., electrical, millwright, HVAC) preferred
