As a Maintenance Tech, youll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow and great experiences for residents. Youll work closely with the Property Manager and facilities team to deliver results that keep our 57-apartment single property running beautifully. ### **What Youll Do:** As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for: - Performs preventive, responsive, routine, and emergency maintenance throughout the four-acre property. - Completes maintenance work orders involving painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, general carpentry, HVAC issues, window/glass repair, and door/lock repair. - Maintains common areas by cleaning, ordering supplies, and keeping grounds free of trash and debris. - Completes special projects and tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager or Property Manager. ### **What Youll Bring:** The ideal candidate for this role will have: - **Experience:**Prior Maintenance Tech experience - **Personal Characteristics:**Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
