Shift and Compensation
1st 6AM-2 PM and 2nd Shift 2-10PM + OT
Pay is from 28.50 USD / hour
Job Duties
Follow all plant safety procedures and guidelines without exception
Maintain a positive attitude with customers and fellow employees to foster a team concept
Troubleshoot; diagnose; and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Utilize maintenance system for creating and completing work orders.
Control downtime by supporting operations associates of routine preventative maintenance and operation techniques and monitor compliance.
Carry out maintenance process per supervisor instructions expeditiously and perform tasks in a professional manner.
Support workflows, effective layout, and optimum process conditions.
Provide P.M. for facilities, equipment and production equipment.
Suggest modifications and improvements to PM.
Accurately document time and materials on PM forms or work order.
Determine possible maintenance problems, identify, and repair.
Review and provide input on new and existing facility equipment.
Support cost savings and process improvement programs for the manufacturing site.
Support housekeeping programs for the manufacturing site.
Executes other duties/tasks as assigned by management leadership
