You Will:
Perform routine upkeep; general cleaning, mopping, dusting, vacuuming; to include bathrooms, patient exam rooms, offices and lobby areas.
May perform facility maintenance minor repairs, such as change of light bulbs, repair of door locks, door hardware, repainting
Maintains inside office space and outside grounds by collecting and disposing of trash
Performs window cleaning on a regular basis
Manages supplies and inventory needed for position
Follows all instructions/procedures for chemical related cleaners and stores cleaning supplies appropriately
Ensures areas are free of any pest control
Ensures repairs are completed in timely manner in order to avoid accidents
Notifies management of any urgent and/or safety concerns

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
High School Diploma or equivalency
At least 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance
Must be prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or weekends in order to not interfere with the operations of the center
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task
