Maintenance Technician

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Bartlesville, OK - based Maintenance Associate to work for the world's largest oilfield service company.

Pay / Schedule: $23/hr. 1st Shift 5am to 3:30 Monday to Friday. Great opportunity for OT. For 50 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,265 gross.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to support equipment maintenance activities and ensure on-time delivery of tools and assets for field operations. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to develop advanced maintenance skills under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities according to the Maintenance Program and operational priorities
• Work under a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician to complete higher-level maintenance tasks
• Support efforts to improve Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), maintenance efficiency, and overall equipment availability
• Document all maintenance work accurately in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems
• Follow all TLM standards and procedures
• Maintain and grow technical competency through structured training and development
• Participate in continuous improvement (CI) projects and operational excellence initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment maintenance
• Ability to follow procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full 1st-shift schedule
• Prior maintenance, mechanical, or equipment-handling experience preferred but not required
