• Works in a team environment in a primary response role to complete maintenance inspections,repairs, and preparation of client’s property.
• Assist with preventative maintenance duties and repairs throughout the client’s property.
• Assist clients and associates in the resolution of maintenance concerns, complaints, andquestions.
• Drive between MasterCorp client sites within the day to perform duties.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.Experience and Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D. certificate
• 1-3 years of experience as a Preventative Maintenance Tech or similar skilled trade.
• Proficient skills in painting, tile, plumbing, carpentry and electrical.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and a mechanical aptitude.
• Maintenance experience with a resort and/or hotel experience preferred.
• Must meet the requirements to receive a company driving permit (Age 21 or older, Acceptabledriving record, Valid State Issued Driver’s License, and Acceptable Drug Screen Results)
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow written instruction
