Responsibilities:
- Perform general plumbing tasks
- Handle basic HVAC maintenance
- Conduct painting and repair work
- Address repairs in guest rooms as needed
- Perform basic repairs in hotel public areas
- Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections
- Assist with general housekeeping duties
- Maintain the pool and spa
Qualifications:
- No formal education required
- Basic working knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
