Lorien Bel Air is looking to hire a Maintenance Tech to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll support and complete project work throughout the community, helping us maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment for our residents, families, and staff.

Pay Rate

  • $18 - $20 per hour
  • Same Day Pay for all Employees!

Benefits for Full-Time

  • PTO: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available)

Responsibilities:
  • Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
  • Carpentry experience, preferred
  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Strong HVAC knowledge or certification
  • Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
  • Plumbing, painting and electrical experience
Qualifications:

 

  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Previous painting or maintenance experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair practices.

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-Time Hours
  • 9:00 AM-5:00 PM 
  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
