Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain our facility, complete routine repairs, and ensure equipment and building systems operate safely and efficiently.


Responsibilities


· Perform general maintenance and minor repairs


· Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues


· Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities


· Respond promptly to maintenance requests


· Maintain cleanliness and safety standards


· Assist with preventative maintenance tasks


· Keep accurate maintenance records


Qualifications


· Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred


· Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry


· Ability to use hand and power tools safely


· Strong problem-solving skills


· Reliable transportation and punctuality


· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders if needed


Schedule


· Part-time hours (flexible schedule available)


· Weekend or evening availability is a plus
