About the role
- The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability.
What you'll do
- Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.

- Report to and consult closely with Maintenance Manager
- Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order
- Capacity to work overtime during periods of high-volume activity
- All other duties, as assigned

This position is an hourly position. Pay will be dependent on experience; ranging from $18-22.00/hour.
