Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will work on various systems and equipment, providing essential support to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Duties

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation.
• Utilize tools
• maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines.
• Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic quality.
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
• Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or enhancements.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests in a timely manner.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques used in mechanical repair, including welding.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Experience supervising teams or projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
