Maintenance Technician

A growing manufacturer is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support its production facility and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. This position is responsible for troubleshooting machinery, completing repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to equipment issues throughout the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
-Maintain and repair production machinery, facility systems, and related equipment.
-Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to identify the cause of failures.
-Respond to maintenance and repair requests from the production team.
-Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
-Complete equipment adjustments, repairs, and component replacements as needed.
-Assist with basic plumbing and compressed air system maintenance.
-Support facility maintenance projects and general repairs.
-Document completed maintenance work and communicate equipment concerns to the appropriate team members.
-Follow all safety procedures while working around machinery and production equipment.
-Complete additional maintenance responsibilities as assigned.

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM M-F



Key Requirements
-Previous maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required.
-Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
-Ability to perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
-Basic knowledge of plumbing and compressed air systems.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to climb ladders and work safely in an active production environment.
-Willingness and availability to work overtime as required.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Key Qualifications
-Electrical maintenance experience preferred.
-Welding experience preferred.
-Ability to read equipment manuals, maintenance instructions, and technical documentation.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
-Ability to prioritize repair requests and work with minimal supervision.
-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
