Our client is seeking three Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team supporting a portfolio of apartment homes throughout the Roxbury, Grove Hall, and Dorchester neighborhoods of Boston. Compensation

$25.00-$30.00/hour (Depending on experience)

Position Overview

Maintenance Technicians will be based out of the central office and provide maintenance support across multiple apartment communities located within a close geographic area. Properties range from approximately 40 to 220 units and include a variety of multifamily housing communities.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and helping maintain safe and attractive communities for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance service requests
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and property inspections
• Assist with apartment turns and unit make-readies
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and building systems as needed
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members
• Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous multifamily maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Personal tools required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Pride in workmanship and customer service
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification
• HVAC Certification
• CPO Certification
• Other industry-related certifications
• Experience with RealPage and/or OneSite property management software

Schedule

Monday - Friday

• 8:00/8:15 AM - 4:30 PM

On-Call Requirement

Participation in an on-call rotation approximately every 2-4 weeks, depending on business needs.
