Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing operation in Broken Arrow, OK. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and support efficient manufacturing operations.

The ideal Maintenance Technician enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Safety-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
Develop and maintain a facility-wide preventative maintenance schedule
Respond quickly to production equipment issues and breakdowns
Support production teams by minimizing disruptions and maintaining equipment reliability
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
Maintain maintenance records and documentation as required
Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practices
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment efficiency
Work overtime when necessary due to equipment failures or repair needs
Preferred Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting experience
Experience with industrial controls and automation systems
Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus
Maintenance certifications or technical training preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying positions throughout the shift
Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and machinery safely
Ability to work overtime and respond to equipment emergencies when required
