Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support production operations by performing preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and general upkeep of machinery and facility equipment. This position offers consistent overtime opportunities and works a 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.
Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts, pelletizers, shredders, and production equipment

Complete blade changes and maintain blade sharpening schedules

Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, leaks, and mechanical problems

Follow forklift PM schedules and complete required inspections

Pressure wash forklifts and skid loaders monthly

Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop

Complete work orders and PO sheets accurately and thoroughly

Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Requirements:

Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work with machinery throughout the shift

Must wear required PPE including steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection
