Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Tech Job DescriptionBristol Harbour Condo is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team in South Bristol, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in building trades (plumbing, electrical, door replacement, window replacement), snow removal, and landscaping. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our community's buildings and grounds.Responsibilities:Assist with snow removal and salting during winter monthsMaintain landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and plantingsAssist with the coordination of contractors for larger maintenance projectsEnsure all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and storedCommunicate with residents and management regarding maintenance needs and updatesWork collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and clean environment for residentsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in building trades is a plus.Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, and power toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationIf you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining beautiful and functional spaces, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
