Maintenance Technician

How You Will Make a Difference

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life‑safety systems.
• Respond to work orders and urgent requests; document in CMMS.
• Support environment‑of‑care rounds; partner with EVS, Security, and Nursing on safety fixes.
• Assist with vendor coordination and inspections (sprinklers, generators, medical gas).
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years maintenance experience (healthcare preferred).
• Working knowledge of life‑safety codes (NFPA, Joint Commission readiness).
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs.
