    Your military maintenance background is exactly what this plant needs. Bring your hands-on mechanical and electrical skills to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your ability to troubleshoot under pressure and keep equipment running makes a direct impact every shift.

    What You'll Do:

    • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across the plant
    • Operate shop machinery (drill press, band saw, welder, cutting torch) and a wide range of hand and power tools
    • Proactively identify and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize production uptime
    • Manage work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance documentation using a CMMS
    • Support plant safety standards and housekeeping requirements as part of a collaborative maintenance team


    Requirements

    • 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or combination)
    • Strong industrial electrical skills: PLC troubleshooting/repair, DC drives, 3-phase motors, 480V and below
    • Ability to read and navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or craft certifications a plus
