What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across the plant
- Operate shop machinery (drill press, band saw, welder, cutting torch) and a wide range of hand and power tools
- Proactively identify and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize production uptime
- Manage work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance documentation using a CMMS
- Support plant safety standards and housekeeping requirements as part of a collaborative maintenance team
Requirements
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or combination)
- Strong industrial electrical skills: PLC troubleshooting/repair, DC drives, 3-phase motors, 480V and below
- Ability to read and navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or craft certifications a plus
