5+ years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance
Experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment
Knowledge of general maintenance procedures (preventive, corrective, and emergency)
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders
Valid driver's license
Authorized to work in the US
Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Repair and replace defective parts, motors, and controls
Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operation
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Perform general facility maintenance tasks as assigned
Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime
Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives
