About Our Client:
Our client, a longstanding family-owned, values-based manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its growing maintenance team. This onsite position is ideal for a hands-on electromechanical professional who enjoys troubleshooting automated production equipment and working collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repairing production machinery and equipment, including robots, conveyor systems, thermoforming machines, extruders, auxiliary equipment, and racking systems.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems using electrical prints and schematics.
• Troubleshooting PLC-related equipment issues.
• Adjusting functional parts of devices, controls, and instruments.
• Repairing or replacing defective components.
• Installing specialized functional and structural parts in machines and equipment.

• Working safely and effectively with production and maintenance team members to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of mechanical maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong electromechanical background with hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read electrical prints and safely diagnose equipment issues.
• Thermoforming or extrusion equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC-related issues preferred.
• Injection molding equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Robotics, conveyors, automated production equipment, or preventive maintenance experience preferred.
• Industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical, or related technical certification preferred.
