Description
Southeast Charlotte company is looking for a Maintenance Technician. Duties will include routine maintenance and repairs across campus buildings, including general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces. Complete painting, carpentry, and general repairs. Support light electrical and plumbing. Assist with heating and cooling systems monitoring and basic maintenance coordination. Provide coverage for daytime custodial staff as needed. Maintain campus grounds between landscape services, including mowing, trimming, pruning and planting. Must have a high school diploma or GED. 1-3 years related maintenance or facilities experience.
