Industry leader in the packaging and printing space is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support plant-wide operations. This role is critical to keeping equipment running efficiently, minimizing downtime, and ensuring consistent production quality. You’ll work closely with maintenance leadership and engineering on both daily repairs and ongoing improvement projects.

Job Details

What You’ll Do

Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting on production equipment
Dismantle, repair, and rebuild machinery including bearings, shafts, gears, and motors
Install and maintain automated equipment including PLC-controlled systems
Support preventative and corrective maintenance programs
Fabricate and repair components using machine tools (lathe, mill, drill, grinder)
Complete basic welding tasks as needed for repairs and modifications
Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance documentation
Assist with plant projects alongside engineering and maintenance leadership
Repair facility structures and support general plant upkeep

What We’re Looking For

3–7+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment (PLCs preferred)
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Comfortable fabricating parts and using machine shop equipment
Basic welding experience preferred
Exposure to printing or similar manufacturing environments is a plus
