Maintenance Technician

Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – Clara City, MN

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clara City, MN! If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be a great fit.

Schedule: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and Day Shift ( 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM)

Includes some rotating weekends

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime
• Monitor system performance, including pressure levels, flow rates, boilers, water systems, and air quality
• Complete and maintain preventive maintenance (PM), sanitation, and maintenance logs accurately
• Perform general facility upkeep, including sanitary and structural welding
• Operate a forklift
• Work closely with management to proactively identify and report potential issues
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Permit-Required Confined Space (PRCS) protocols
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and projects
• Support food safety and quality standards while helping build a strong food safety culture
• Assist as a backup for other maintenance team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred (food processing experience is a plus), or equivalent hands-on skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• High attention to detail with strong follow-through
• Forklift experience
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
