First Call Staffing is seeking experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians to support leading manufacturing facilities throughout Central Indiana. If you have a strong background troubleshooting CNC machinery and keeping production running, we'd love to speak with you.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, and related equipment
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
Repair servo motors, drives, spindles, and machine control systems
Read electrical schematics and technical manuals
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and repairs
Qualifications
2+ years of CNC maintenance experience preferred
Experience maintaining CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, or metal fabrication equipment
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read electrical schematics and machine prints
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
