Job Details

What You'll Do
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial control systems.
  • Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and related automation equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, relay logic, and mechanical drawings.
  • Install, modify, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
  • Utilize diagnostic and testing equipment to identify equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records while following safety and preventative maintenance procedures.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience maintaining CNC machinery or automated production equipment.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs, CompactLogix, SLC-500 controllers, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, compressed air, and facility support systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
