SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing filter swaps at field locations, ensuring completion and tracking of recurring service tickets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviews and prioritize recurring filter swap service tickets to ensure timely completion and minimize service disruptions at customer locations.
• Ensures all water lines are properly installed and that leak detection components are correctly in place and functioning to prevent water damage and downtime.
• Independently manages daily workload and service routes to efficiently service accounts across assigned territories.
• Conducts regular site checks to proactively identify maintenance needs, equipment wear, or potential issues common within the refreshment and vending industry.
• Comply with all company and industry safety standards, including safe driving practices, proper equipment handling, and safe workplace operations at customer sites.
• Communicates promptly with the service manager regarding equipment issues, customer concerns, parts needs, or additional support required.
• Performs
