Summary:
 • Full-time maintenance position supporting production equipment and facility operations in a copper wire manufacturing environment
 • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production systems
 • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime
 • Support fabrication, welding, and repair projects throughout the facility
 • Work closely with production teams to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable operations
Responsibilities:
 • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wire drawing machines, annealers, extrusion equipment, conveyors, and related manufacturing equipment
 • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
 • Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance
 • Perform fabrication, welding, cutting, and repair work as needed to support plant operations
 • Install, adjust, and maintain motors, drives, bearings, sensors, and other production equipment components
 • Utilize cutting torch equipment safely and effectively for maintenance and repair projects
 • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
 • Perform general facility maintenance and assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
 • Desired Work Experience: 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required
 • Education Requirements: GED or High School Diploma Required

 • Additional Qualifications:
 o Experience with Cutting Torch operations required
 o Fabrication experience required
 o Welding experience required, including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding
 o General maintenance experience and mechanical aptitude required
 o Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
 o 480-Volt electrical experience
 o Valid Driver’s License Required
 o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
 o o Must pass a Background Check and Drug Test
