We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment communities located in Columbia, SC. Hourly rate shall start from $22.00 and up based upon experience and certifications. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
