Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Columbus, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Apartment maintenance
- Prepare vacant units for move in
- Plumbing maintenance
- Electrical maintenance
- HVAC maintenance
- Drywall repair
- Flooring repair
- Light carpentry
- Painting
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Multifamily maintenance experience
- Drywall experience
- HVAC certification is a plus
