Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading local Beverage manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician- Beverage Distribution Plant

Location: Concord, NC

Pay Range: $30 per hour- $35 per hour

Shift: 12hr shifts- 2 2 3 schedule

What's the Job?

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment as directed.
• Always work in a safe manner following all established safety rules and regulations.
• Execute work orders on time as assigned by planner/scheduler, Manager, or other members of management as assigned in proper priority.
• Troubleshoot and repair high-speed filling and packaging equipment.
• Support all production needs as necessary, leading and assisting on production line changeovers.

What's Needed?

• Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex production equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.
