    Description

    Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Concord, NC, 28027. In this role, you’ll support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of cutting-edge robotic and material handling systems within a dynamic client facility. From hands-on repairs to performance enhancements, you’ll play a key role in keeping complex systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

    Schedule is Sun- Wed 5 PM- 5 AM

    Responsibilities

    • Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and systems.

    • Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, conveyors, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.

    • Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.

    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

    • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.

    • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

    • Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

    • Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.

    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems.

    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
