Trustie Co. is a general contractor that provides property maintenance for property managers, real estate investors, and homeowners across Orange County. We're growing fast and looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. You'll get a company vehicle, tools, and steady work with a team that values initiative and good craftsmanship.

• $28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
• Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
• Company vehicle and tools provided

• Handle general repairs like carpentry, painting, and drywall
• Fix flooring and minor concrete issues
• Repair lighting, plumbing, minor electrical, and doors and locks
• Inspect properties for equipment issues or safety hazards
• Keep job sites clean and safe
• Write basic estimates for time and materials
• Take initiative and get the job done without being micromanaged

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with tenants and other team members
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Reports to the General Manager
• Uses Housecall Pro for job tracking
