Maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment as described in Maintenance SOPs, Equipment Manuals, and FDA guidelines within client cGMP facilities.
 
• Complete preventative maintenance requirements on automated:
 
   --- Sterilizers
 
   --- Mixers & Blenders
 
   --- Bottle Fillers
 
   --- Cappers
 
   --- Labelers
 
   --- Wrappers
 
   --- Casers
  
• Complete root-cause and wear-and-tear analysis by inspecting used parts using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
 
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using diagrams, operations manuals, manufacturer instructions, engineering specifications and GMP-compliant SOPs.
 
• Limit downtime by informing and coordinating with production management about routine preventative maintenance procedures.
 
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop.
 
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies.
 
• Prepare mechanical maintenance reports and complete cGMP-compliant documentation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
