Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance knowledge with experience in hospitality-related maintenance tasks. This role requires a hands-on individual who is willing to assist with a variety of maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to work snow removal shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in hospitality-related facilities.

• Carry out basic painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.

• Identify and efficiently resolve technical issues.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and functional environment.

• Be willing to work snow removal shifts when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Basic maintenance knowledge with some experience in painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Previous experience in hospitality-related maintenance is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work snow removal shifts when required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.

Work Environment:

This position is based in Covington, KY (41011) and involves working both indoors and outdoors, including exposure to various weather conditions during snow removal shifts.
