About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician II (Grade 1) in Osceola, WI. This role supports facility operations through equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. If you enjoy hands-on technical work in an industrial environment and are looking for reliable day-shift hours with weekly pay and overtime opportunities, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do:
  • Complete assigned work orders through the Maintenance Work Order system
  • Install new equipment and coordinate with outside vendors as needed
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on facility systems, machinery, and equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Make required alterations or modifications to equipment and systems
  • Assist in developing and maintaining maintenance standards and procedures
  • Perform facility maintenance projects and special assignments as directed
  • Accurately complete maintenance documentation and records
  • Participate in Lean activities and complete company-provided training
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety policies
What You Need to Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance preferred
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial electrical equipment
  • Experience with CMMS systems, PLC programming, and basic computer operation
  • Knowledge of electronics and electronic troubleshooting
  • Welding and fabrication experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work overtime
