About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician II (Grade 1) in Osceola, WI. This role supports facility operations through equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. What You'll Do:- Complete assigned work orders through the Maintenance Work Order system
- Install new equipment and coordinate with outside vendors as needed
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on facility systems, machinery, and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Make required alterations or modifications to equipment and systems
- Assist in developing and maintaining maintenance standards and procedures
- Perform facility maintenance projects and special assignments as directed
- Accurately complete maintenance documentation and records
- Participate in Lean activities and complete company-provided training
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety policies
What You Need to Bring:- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance preferred
- 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial electrical equipment
- Experience with CMMS systems, PLC programming, and basic computer operation
- Knowledge of electronics and electronic troubleshooting
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work overtime
