
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems.- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.- Fabricate and install components as needed for repairs or upgrades.- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history.- Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.- Weld and perform basic metal fabrication tasks.- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery.- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide maintenance activities.
Skills:- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices and procedures.- Experience working with logic controllers and other automated systems.- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).- Electrical knowledge to diagnose and repair electrical issues.- Welding skills for basic metal fabrication tasks.- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery.- Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
