What You Need

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance, machine repair, or related experience

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Experience working with conveyors, motors, pumps, cylinders, and production equipment

• Working knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical systems

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Commitment to workplace safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures

• Ability to work overtime as required

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment

• Injection molding equipment experience

• Welding and fabrication experience

• Hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting

• Machining experience with lathes, mills, and drill presses

• Maintenance-related certifications

What Your Role Will Look Like

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery and production equipment

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime

• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs

• Maintain conveyor systems, motors, pumps, cylinders, and mechanical components

• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and startup activities

• Perform welding, grinding, and fabrication work as needed

• Operate maintenance shop equipment including lathes, mills, and drill presses

• Complete equipment inspections, calibrations, and maintenance documentation

• Support facility projects and continuous improvement initiatives

• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
