Role Description This full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role is based at Bedford Paper Inc. in De Pere, WI. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, completing repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting equipment upgrades to minimize downtime and optimize performance. The role involves maintaining accurate maintenance records, following safety and compliance procedures, coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance, and assisting with installation and startup of new machinery. The Maintenance Technician will also help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety across the facility.\n

- Ability to perform Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance on production and facility systems.

- Strong Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.

- Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs and Maintenance & Repair activities in a manufacturing environment.

- Working knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and basic industrial tools and instrumentation.

- Relevant technical training or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a related field; prior experience in paper, packaging, or similar industries is a plus.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders; strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
