Position Details
- Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Location: Decatur, IL 62526
- Pay: $18/hr
- Schedule: M-F (8-5)
- Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and troubleshoot apartment service requests independently
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Handle unit turns including drywall, painting, and minor renovations
- Repair appliances, fixtures, and locks
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds
Minimum Requirements (Must Have):
- Previous maintenance, construction, or renovation experience
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
- Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
