Maintenance Techs will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including identifying the need for repairs, responding to guests’ maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work to provide operable and efficient facilities for Department personnel.
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance to provide operable and efficient plumbing capabilities to Department personnel.
- Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
- Assists skilled maintenance workers with projects for the purpose of completing projects in a safe, efficient manner.
- Participates in meetings, workshops, training's, and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
- Repairs furniture and building system components for the purpose of ensuring a safe working condition.
- Assists in performing scheduled and "as needed" inspection and preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain operability of the tools and equipment.
- Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and front & back of the house areas.
- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
- Extremely organized with good communication skills
- Detailed oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Must be a team player
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
