Maintenance Technician I / Driver

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician I / Driver to join a growing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and building systems, completing general facility repairs, and making local pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and is capable of working independently while supporting daily maintenance operations.
Required Experience & Skills
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
1 3 years of maintenance or facility repair experience preferred
Basic understanding of 120V, 240V, and 480V three-phase electrical systems
Knowledge of PVC plumbing and general piping systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent reliability, attendance, and customer service skills
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues
Complete general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work
Maintain and repair building fixtures, including doors, windows, lighting, and flooring
Select and safely use appropriate tools and materials for maintenance projects
Support daily maintenance department operations and facility upkeep
Drive a company vehicle to complete local pickups and deliveries of parts and materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
Assist with additional maintenance projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous industrial or commercial maintenance experience
Experience maintaining manufacturing or production facilities
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching throughout the shift
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions as needed
